When you contact Vantage Point Audio, we may collect your name, email address, book title, project details, narration preferences, target audiobook language, your optional country and listener market, release timeline and any audio-share link you choose to provide. Our inquiry form may also include referral and campaign parameters from the link you used to open it.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, assess the requested audiobook work, prepare a production recommendation or quote, and communicate about a potential or active project.
Audio sample links
If you provide a share link to audio, we use it only to review your project. Do not send passwords, financial information, or sensitive personal information through the form. You control access to the audio through the sharing service you choose.
Sharing and retention
Vantage Point Audio does not sell inquiry information. We share it only where reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, comply with law, or operate the website and its form-processing provider. We retain inquiry details only as long as reasonably needed for communication, record keeping, or a working relationship.

Referral information
We use session storage in your browser to retain the first page visited, referral source and campaign tags during the current browser session. We send those details with an inquiry to help understand which pages generate relevant requests. This does not store your form answers or use third-party advertising trackers. If browser storage is unavailable, you can still use the form.
